Job Summary
Alghanim Industries seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to: (1) take a leading role in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and other documents; (2) advise the company’s management and other internal stakeholders across all of its business units in connection with commercial transactions of various types; and (3) support the coordination and implementation of workflows within Corporate Section of the Legal Department.
This is a demanding role offering meaningful exposure to a wide variety of practice areas and business activities. It is intended for a mid- to senior-level lawyer seeking to take his or her career to the next level and grow within a fast-paced in-house legal department focused on delivering the highest quality work possible.
Job Responsibilities
– Assume primary drafting and negotiating responsibility in connection with a broad range of contracts and other transaction documents for all of the company’s business units, including, but not limited to, distribution agreements, supply agreements, service agreements, license agreements, tender documents, construction agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, employment agreements, franchise agreements and NDAs.
– Provide timely, accurate and pertinent legal advice to businesspeople from diverse backgrounds as their lead counsel, while working cross-functionally within a broad range of disciplines and geographic regions.
– Render complex legal issues intelligible to non-lawyers while maximizing the commercial opportunities and minimizing the risks associated with the company’s business ventures.
– Engage in continuous self-development and participate in mentoring and training, while also contributing to the design and maintenance of various policies, processes and procedures within the Legal Department’s Corporate Section.
– Work closely with and manage external counsel in various jurisdictions.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, the following attributes are essential:
– 8 to 12 years PQE working as a corporate or commercial lawyer in a highly reputable private firm or large international company, with substantial experience dealing with foreign counterparties.
– Strong English language skills, including the ability to negotiate, draft and review legal documents in English and to draft concise and relevant advice in English.
– Diligent, self-starting and able to manage projects to completion on schedule with minimal oversight.
– Highly computer literate, particularly with regard to word processing, Power Point and online research.
Applicants possessing these additional qualifications are particularly encouraged to apply:
– Juris Doctor, LLM or equivalent degree from a competitive North American or European law school.
– Admission to practice in a Western jurisdiction.
– Arabic language skills (spoken and written).
– Legal training or experience within the GCC or the wider Middle East.

Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative in this department will be responsible for the study and assessment of the insurance policies in the Motor Underwriting Department.
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of policies and endorsements in compliance with the prescribed policies and guidelines of the company in order to serve customers efficiently
• Provide quotations for new and renewals business.
• Explain the terms and conditions to the customers via e-mails
• Weekly filing policy, Data entry, keeping a tracker and provide reports to management.
• Follow up with non-receivable policy after renewal issuing.
• Assess the risk and classify it according to its likelihood of loss, and proof if the risk should be accepted and if so, how the policy should be issued and determining the premium that needs to be charged to insure the risk.
• Manage business communication with corporate, non-captive & captive business and dealing with Brokers to Issue there Polices Required.
• Follow Up for all Motor new or renewed insurance Policies Issued in the Head office from Issue date until filing.
• •Approval to new & Renew policies in the System After Issued.
• Coordinating with the finance department for the monthly closing.
• Working along with Enaya sales staff
Candidate Requirements
•Diploma or Bachelors degree – open to Fresh graduates
•Good computer skills (MS Office)
