Position Overview – Researcher, Yield Management
The Researcher – Yield Management plays a key role in
supporting the airline’s revenue optimization strategies by conducting in-depth
research and analysis of pricing, yield, and revenue data. The role focuses on
gathering market intelligence, monitoring sales and yield performance, and
providing analytical support to assist management in making informed commercial
decisions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct
research and detailed analysis of pricing, yield, and revenue
management data across routes and markets.
- Collect,
compile, and validate commercial data from various internal departments,
including Sales, Finance, and Outstations.
- Coordinate
and arrange interviews, meetings, and discussions with travel
agents, government representatives, and Kuwait Airways outstation
managers, as directed.
- Prepare
and maintain analytical reports, summaries, dashboards, and
presentations that clearly reflect market trends, revenue performance,
and yield variations.
- Monitor
and follow up on reports issued by the Finance Department and
outstations, comparing yield performance, revenue figures, and sales
percentages.
- Support
the supervisor by providing accurate data insights to assist in
setting strategic direction, targets, and expectations.
- Ensure
data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting in line with company
standards and commercial objectives.
- Assist
in identifying performance gaps, trends, and opportunities to
improve yield and overall route profitability.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a
related discipline.
- Minimum
two (2) years of relevant experience in yield management, pricing,
revenue analysis, or a similar role within the aviation industry.
- Proficiency
in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong
working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and
PowerPoint.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager
to lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team specializing in Static
Equipment, Piping, and Structural Engineering. This senior leadership role
is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise, proven
people-management skills, and extensive experience in executing complex Oil
& Gas manufacturing projects.
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing
engineering design, ensuring compliance with international standards,
optimizing team performance, and delivering projects safely, on time, and
within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead,
mentor, and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams including Static,
Piping, and Structural engineers.
- Oversee
the engineering design, review, and approval of Oil & Gas
manufacturing projects from concept through execution.
- Ensure
all engineering activities comply with ASME, API, ISO, and other
relevant international codes and standards.
- Coordinate
closely with Project Management, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and
HSE teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review
engineering deliverables such as design calculations, drawings,
specifications, datasheets, and technical documents.
- Optimize
engineering workflows, improve productivity, and implement best
engineering practices.
- Identify
technical risks and provide effective engineering solutions to
complex design and manufacturing challenges.
- Support
cost control, scheduling, and resource planning for engineering
activities.
- Participate
in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and third-party
consultants.
- Ensure
compliance with company quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive
continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related
discipline.
- 13–15
years of total engineering experience within the Oil & Gas or
heavy manufacturing sector.
- Minimum
5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong
hands-on experience with static equipment, piping systems, and
structural design.
- In-depth
knowledge of ASME, API, ISO, and other applicable international
standards.
- Proven
ability to lead, motivate, and optimize engineering teams.
- Strong
problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience
working in fabrication yards or manufacturing facilities is highly
preferred.
