Role Overview
As an Assistant Researcher – Yield Management, you’ll
play an important supporting role in helping the airline understand how pricing
and revenue perform across markets. This position is ideal for someone who
enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and turning numbers into meaningful
insights.
You’ll work closely with senior team members and different
departments, helping them make informed decisions that directly impact revenue
and route performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collecting,
organizing, and analyzing pricing and revenue-related data from
multiple sources
- Coordinating
with internal departments such as Finance, Sales, and Outstations
to gather accurate and up-to-date information
- Assisting
in arranging interviews or meetings with travel agents, government
representatives, and outstation managers, as guided by your supervisor
- Preparing
clear and structured reports, charts, and presentations that
reflect trends, performance, and comparisons
- Supporting
supervisors by presenting data that helps shape yield strategies and
revenue expectations
- Following
up on reports issued by Finance and Outstations to compare yield
performance and sales percentages
- Ensuring
all collected data is accurate, consistent, and well-documented
