1️⃣ MEP Team Leader
Role: Lead the MEP team and oversee mechanical,
electrical, and plumbing works across shifts.
Requirements:
- Strong
knowledge of MEP systems
- Ability
to supervise and coordinate teams
- Full-shift
availability
2️⃣ HVAC Technician
Role: Maintain and repair centrifugal chillers,
pumps, and AHU systems.
Requirements:
- Hands-on
experience with HVAC systems
- Ability
to troubleshoot and maintain equipment efficiently
3️⃣ Electrical Technician (Control
System)
Role: Manage electrical systems, microcontrollers,
and low voltage control systems.
Requirements:
- Sound
knowledge of electrical controls
- Experience
with industrial electrical systems
4️⃣ Conveyor Mechanical Technician
Role: Handle mechanical systems of conveyor belts
including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Role: Operate and maintain FG Wilson and Kohler DG
sets.
Requirements:

experience with diesel generators

to perform routine checks and repairs

fixing, and gypsum works.
Requirements:

practical skills
- Ability
to perform multiple maintenance tasks

Role: Handle plumbing systems, pumps, and

- Practical
experience in plumbing and maintenance

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide first- and second-level technical support for end-user systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.
Job location: UAE (Abu Dhabi)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end-user applications
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, hardware, networking, and software
Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and patches
Manage user onboarding/offboarding, IT assets, and inventory
Administer Active Directory (ADUC), Group Policies, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell
Support endpoint backup solutions (e.g., SolarWinds, Veeam)
Maintain system documentation and user guides
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant IT Support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and IT ticketing tools
Strong communication, problem-solving, and end-user support skills
