1️⃣ HR Administrator – Kuwait

What You’ll Be Handling:

  • Managing employee records and documentation
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handling HR correspondence in Arabic and English
  • Assisting with payroll coordination and internal reporting
  • Ensuring company policies are followed properly

You’ll be the link between management and employees. Clear communication is everything here.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) – mandatory
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Nationality: Any Arab Nationality (Except Egyptian)
  • Gender: Male
  • Graduate University Degree
  • Visa 18 transferable
  • Ready to join immediately

2️⃣ IT Business Analyst – Oracle / BI Systems

This role is for someone technical… but also analytical.

You’ll be working closely with business operations, understanding requirements, and translating them into system improvements. It’s not just about IT knowledge — it’s about understanding how systems support real business decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Analyzing business processes and system requirements
  • Working with Oracle platforms (EBS, NetSuite, Hyperion)
  • Managing or supporting Qlik BI systems
  • Preparing reports and improving data visibility
  • Coordinating between IT and other departments

Strong Preference For:

  • Experience with Oracle solutions (EBS, NetSuite, Hyperion)
  • Experience with Qlik BI systems

Requirements:

  • Arabic (spoken)
  • Fluent English
  • Nationality: Any Arab Nationality (Except Egyptian)
  • Gender: Male
  • Graduate University Degree
  • Visa 18 transferable

3️⃣ Cashier with Accounts Experience – Kuwait

This role isn’t just about handling cash. Accuracy matters. Attention to detail matters more.

You’ll be dealing with financial transactions while supporting accounting tasks — so numbers need to be your comfort zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily cash transactions
  • Maintaining proper financial records
  • Assisting in accounting entries and reconciliations
  • Preparing basic financial reports
  • Coordinating with the accounts department

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written)
  • Fluent in English
  • Nationality: Any Nationality (Except Egyptian)
  • Gender: Male
  • Graduate University Degree
  • Visa 18 transferable
  • Immediate joining

 Office Administrator Job in Kuwait – Industrial / Manufacturing Sector

What You’ll Be Doing

On a daily basis, you’ll be:

  • Providing full administrative support to the department

  • Following up on action points to make sure nothing slips through
  • Handling data entry and maintaining proper document control
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders across departments

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for someone guessing their way through admin tasks. We need experience and confidence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Office Administrator
  • Experience in a plant / industrial / manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience handling reports, documentation, and data management
  • Good coordination skills with internal teams

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
