🔹 Supervisor – Mechanical
/ Instrument / Electrical
This role is about leadership — but practical leadership.
You won’t just sit with paperwork. You’ll be on-site,
guiding teams, assigning tasks, checking progress, making sure safety rules are
followed, and stepping in when technical issues arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise
daily site activities within your discipline
- Ensure
work is completed as per drawings, standards, and project timelines
- Coordinate
with engineers, planners, and safety teams
- Monitor
manpower and materials on site
- Enforce
strict HSE compliance
- Solve
on-site technical challenges efficiently
What We Expect:
- Minimum
8 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries
- Strong
technical knowledge in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical field
- Previous
supervisory experience in industrial projects

Instrument / Electrical Technician

supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform
installation, maintenance, and repair work
- Diagnose
and resolve equipment faults
- Assist
in commissioning and testing activities
- Support
shutdown and turnaround operations
- Guide
and mentor junior technicians
- Ensure
adherence to safety and quality standards
What We Expect:
- Minimum
8 years of field experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical plants
- Strong
troubleshooting ability
- Good
understanding of industrial systems and equipment
- Ability
to read technical drawings and schematics
- A
practical, problem-solving mindset

🔹 Mechanical / Instrument
/ Electrical Technician
This is a hands-on role. Straightforward. Essential.
You’ll be working directly with equipment, systems, and site
teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation
and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems
- Routine
inspection and preventive maintenance
- Equipment
testing and calibration (where applicable)
- Assisting
in repair and replacement tasks
- Following
site safety procedures at all times

- Minimum
8 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience
working on industrial project sites
- Basic

📌 Position: Distribution
Dispatcher
📍 Location: Kuwait

Industry: Water Manufacturing / FMCG
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Reality)
You’ll be the control tower of our delivery operations.
Not physically on the road — but connected to every route,
every driver, every delivery status in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor
and manage daily delivery routes live throughout the day
- Assign
routes and adjust schedules based on priority orders
- Communicate
directly with drivers to solve on-road issues
- Track
deliveries and ensure full visibility in the system
- Ensure
POD (Proof of Delivery) compliance and accurate route closure
- Manage
urgent same-day or rescheduled deliveries without disrupting the entire
plan
Some days will run perfectly. Others won’t.
Your job is to stay calm, think fast, and keep things moving.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for someone guessing their way through
logistics. We need experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum
3 years of experience in logistics, fleet, or delivery operations
- Familiarity
with route planning or fleet tracking systems (strong advantage)
- Strong
communication skills — clear, confident, practical
- Ability
to multitask and make decisions under pressure
- Currently
residing in Kuwait
- Valid
transferable visa (Article 18)
