Recruitment Specialist

– 5+ years of progressive core Recruitment experience.
– Great with Data Analytics, HR System, and advanced Excel reporting skills.
– Good hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
– Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
– Good experience in local and overseas recruitment
– Complete knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures
– Excellent communication skills.
– Excellent experience in Human Resources Systems and Kuwait Labour Law.
– Excellent in Computer Programs.
– Candidate must be in Kuwait and on a transferrable visa.
– Candidate can join on short notice or immediately are preferred.
