Job Summary

The Sales Key Account Executive focuses upon the achievement of sales, distribution, display and sales activation to maximize business growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of monthly priorities sheet for Key Accounts team and organizes monthly sector meetings
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, through the expansion of customer base, width and breadth
  • Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews with all Key Accounts
  • Report market and competitive activities and ensure to have the best in market excellence execution
  • Review and analyze sales achievements by customer, salesman and agency.
  • Review sales priorities and make promo allocation by customer
  • Spend 75% of his/her time in market
  • Ensure that the sales team are equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their sales objectives
  • Ensure collection and credit facilities of all accounts adhere to the companies policies

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player and result oriented
  • Creative thinker, strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Strong personality, self - confident and has high leadership potential qualities
  • Proficient in operating MS Office applications

Job Summary

To ensure a smooth, efficient, honest and accurate payment handling procedures for customers. The job roles include counting cash money, handling credit/debit card payments, and the sales of gift cards and Telly cards at the POS terminal. Guiding customers to delivery area/handing-over purchases to customers with highlighting refund & exchange policy.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Acknowledges customers with greeting and smiling
  • Being constantly presentable, pleasant and friendly
  • Identifies & fulfils customer needs
  • Ensures all customers are treated equally with respect
  • Assists customers with packing when necessary/guides customer to delivery area
  • Takes extra care in handling customers’ purchases
  • Provides customers with accurate information
  • Ensures customer’s info. updated and offers forwarding invoices via email
  • Explains return & exchange policy

Sales

  • Obtains excellent and updated knowledge of all products & services
  • Being aware of all in-store promotions; discounts, credit, coupons and etc…
  • Promotes gift cards with focus on customer benefits
  • Promotes warranty programs highlighting its benefits to customers (if applicable)
  • Promotes Telly cards explaining features, options and benefits

Operations

  • Expedites customer payments effectively in an efficient manner
  • Applies all POS procedures as instructed by store management.
  • Maintains cash desk / packing area always clean and tidy
  • Follows organizational rules and regulations / Policy & Procedures
  • Follows company’s safety and security procedures
  • Handles cash/credit payments and accurately counts customers’ money
  • Counts and balances cash, credit slips, vouchers and coupons with total sales transactions at the end of the shift
  • Masters computer applications in finalizing customers’ payments

Candidate Requirements

  • Overall 1+ years of experience
  • Good English language
  • Good communication skills

Long Description

Job Summary

The Job Purpose of a Business Administrator will be to provide administrative support to Management along with other secretarial duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Typing of all correspondence i.e. letters, memos, schedules, agendas, etc.
  • Handling independent business correspondence for the division (incoming and outgoing)
  • Directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate recipient
  • Manage, organize and update relevant data, maintain a proper filing system
  • Organizing all business operations related events i.e. training, team meeting etc.
  • Organizing travel and hotel reservations for business trips from and visitors to, the division as well as visa processing
  • Responsible for preparing employees change of status forms and recruitment requests (new appointments, terminations, resignation)
  • Coordinating with personnel office especially in residence related matters
  • Coordination of tasks, projects and staff across various locations in Kuwait (warehouses, offices, suppliers, business partners and other facilities)
  • Responsible for division’s stationery requirements
  • Responsible for the division’s time sheet, tracking and resolving of various matters etc.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English are a must
  • Solid knowledge of wider Kuwait
  • At least 1 to 2 years work experience in a similar administrative role
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Good computer knowledge and skills (Outlook – Microsoft Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Internet)
  • Must be self-motivating, driven, initiative and able to work independently and against tight deadlines
  • Must be able to multitask, handle demanding customers (internal and external), liaise with different individuals across different departments and functions, and be able to work systematically, accurately and with strong time management skills

HR Officer – Payroll

Location: KW

Job Summary

The Payroll Officer will be responsible for maintenance and support of payroll activities within Alghanim Industries

Individuals working in this team need to have a high degree of customer focus, be flexible, enjoy working in a team environment and have a high level of attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

Administration and record keeping of attendance/leaves (all kinds), Over Time, bonuses, etc.
•    Familiarity with Kuwaiti labor regulations and PISS requirements.
•    Checks pay results for accuracy of payroll runs.
•    Familiar with Bank processes for opening labor bank accounts.
•    Responsible for the proper entry, storage, update and security of employee personal data, updating personnel files and employee status changes.
•    Manage the filling process of different documents.
•    Preparation of travel authorizations, salary certificates, etc
•    First point of contact for all payroll  issues
•    Any other duties/ projects assigned by Payroll Manager from time to time.

Candidate Requirements

•    0 – 2 years of professional experience.
•    High level of attention to detail ensuring data is accurate and precise
•    The successful candidate will have access to sensitive information so a high degree of confidentiality is required
•    Strong communication and customer facing skills, able to respond appropriately to employee queries.  Arabic language skills would be an advantage
•    A high degree of energy, enthusiasm and flexibility
•    Highly organized and able to plan work and manage priorities
•    Well versed with Kuwait Labor law.
•    Educated to university degree level, preferably from a business related program, HR qualifications preferred but not essential

Job Summary

The primary role of the Accountant is to support the functional activities in accounting and reporting.
This will include receivables & payable accounting, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, cash and banking accounting.

Job Responsibilities

•    To ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the company financial ledgers.
•    To efficiently and accurately reconcile financial transactions and balances in the company records to supporting documentation.
•    To handle any of the above responsibilities reporting to the Accounts Manager
•    To be an effective team player and contribute to the timely delivery of accurate accounting information.
•    To maintain compliance with company policies in the area assigned, proactively seeking to solve issues faced.

Candidate Requirements

•    Must have graduated in Accounting/Commerce and display good relevant accounting knowledge
•    A minimum of 2 years of work experience in general accounting role
•    Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    Knowledge of SAP /Hyperion (Optional)
•    Good communication skills in English, (Arabic an advantage)– Verbal & Written
•    Must be reliable and dedicated and flexibility to work additional hours as business requirements dictate.
