• Salt in crude
• FTIR
• Pour Point analyzer

Job Summary
Supervision of mechanics to achieve 99% up time of all equipment. Focus on PM to reduce breakdown rectification.

Minimise equipment down time, repair cost and time effectively.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure a safe work environment for all workers.
Supervise and guide the mechanics for breakdown, PM, and other maintenance activities.
Supervising of capex projects.
Finding better alternative solutions. Such as better products from other sources other than equipment supplier.
Manpower allocation day to day basis
Coordinate with production for PM activities
Ensure SOP for all equipment.
Co ordination with Purchase dept for spares procurement.
Ensure no wastage of consumables (oils /air / water) by implementing on time rectification of faults.
Implement the SAP maintenance system to be up dated. by recording breakdown data. 
Co ordinate with stores to ensure spares and consumables are available.
Achieve and maintain the 5S requirements.
 
Candidate Requirements
3 year government polytechnic diploma in engineering after completing 10th std.
10 years in industry

 Responsibilities:  


 Ensure that the latest applications have been installed and operate error free at all workstations assigned.
Analyze hardware/software problems reported by users..
Verify availability of barcode identification numbers on new IT equipment and dispatch to respective locations.
Prepare assets track report containing updated locations of IT equipment and software installed in workstations, at concerned locations.
Maintain IT used /disposal assets per location.
Maintain record of obsolete IT equipment at assigned locations.
Deploy patches, updates, remove/install programs, apply policies as per the management recommendation.
Maintain shift/amendments of the IT equipment’s inter/intra locations.
Provide required technical services through problem resolution and problem solving.
Coordinate with concerned vendors for getting technical support and solving end user related IT problems in addition to supporting when doing troubleshooting or survey for related IT.
Perform testing of new Operating System/Software/Hardware as per business function requirement.
Support the integration of workstation peripherals such as printers, network card, tap drive, cables, CCTV, WIFI, telephone, etc.
Provide a basic training on how to use IT Applications to end user whenever asked.


 Educational Qualifications:  

 Diploma in Computer Science

Language Skills:

 English and Arabic is a must.

 Job Purpose 

 This section summarizes the primary purpose of your job, the major overall responsibilities.

 Responsible for administering, installing, configuring and troubleshooting operating systems, analysing system requirements and assisting in determining design of system architecture, as well as monitoring systems’ performance to ensure meeting DHAMAN’s requirements.

 Key Roles and Responsibilities

 This section describes the primary duties and responsibilities to give an accurate, complete picture of the job. 

 Policies & Processes

 - Implement IT policies and follow the set processes in order to achieve the Department’s objectives.

 System Administration Activities

 - Plan, develop, install, upgrade, maintain and support operating systems and associated server hardware and software ensuring optimum system integrity, security, backup and performance in-line with IT policies, and reflect the user’s needs.
- Analyze, develop, interpret and evaluate system design and architecture specifications and diagrams in the development, configuration and integration of computer systems while ensuring that all components fit together and work properly.
- Troubleshoot and provide service support in diagnosing, resolving and repairing server-related hardware and software malfunctions, encompassing workstations and communication infrastructure.
- Perform the establishment and preventive maintenance of backups, recovery procedures, and enforce security and integrity controls.
- Gather and plan back-up requirements and verify back-up executions in order to ensure high systems availability and recoverability and maintain system security.
-Liaise with systems vendors, suppliers and service providers and monitor contractual obligations, performance delivery and service level agreements.
- Participate in conducting IT feasibility studies to evaluate acquiring of new solutions and enhancements as per business requirements under the supervision of the Support & Infrastructure Manager.
- Prepare the required systems’ documents, instructions, detailing operational procedures, system logs and user guidelines to make available adequate documentation for using and maintaining the systems effectively to ensure the systems are easily understood by others in order to minimize risks. 
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.

 Reports

 - Prepare reports that cover IT activities for the Support & Infrastructure Manager, as requested.
Skills

 Job Requirements

 Qualifications and Certifications

 -Bachelor Degree in IT or Compute Science or related field.

 Work Experience

 - Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in the same or related field.

 -Proficient in English and Arabic.
