Key Responsibilities
- Manage
daily operations of the Unified Operations Center
- Develop,
improve, and implement services for internal and external clients
- Identify
and manage business opportunities and risks
- Coordinate
with stakeholders across government, private sector, and internal teams
- Prepare
analytical reports and insights to support decision-making
- Support
strategic planning and business growth initiatives
- Ensure
services meet quality standards and client expectations
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 5–10
years of experience in business development, operations, or related
fields
- Fluent
in Arabic and English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
- Strong
analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability
to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Open Positions & Job Descriptions
1. Technical Director (MEP) – 25 years experience
- Lead
the entire MEP design and peer review function for large-scale
building projects
- Oversee
project execution, technical quality, and compliance
- Mentor
and guide all discipline leads and engineers
- Ensure
designs meet regulatory standards, best practices, and client
expectations
- Collaborate
with project management and stakeholders to resolve technical
challenges
2. Mechanical Lead – 20 years experience
- Lead
the mechanical engineering team, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire
protection
- Review
and approve mechanical designs and calculations
- Ensure
all mechanical systems are compliant with KSA codes and standards
- Support
senior management in technical decision-making
- Mentor
junior mechanical engineers and support capacity building
3. Electrical Lead – 20 years experience
- Lead
the electrical engineering team for large-scale building projects
- Review
electrical designs, layouts, and system specifications
- Ensure
compliance with KSA standards and client requirements
- Collaborate
with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams for integrated design
- Mentor
and guide junior electrical engineers
4. ICT / ELV Lead – 20 years experience
- Head
the ICT and ELV engineering discipline
- Review
and approve low-voltage system designs (security, CCTV, data
networks, fire alarm, access control)
- Ensure
solutions are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with local
regulations
- Provide
guidance to junior ICT/ELV engineers and coordinate with other
engineering teams
5. Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) – 10 years
experience
- Design,
review, and optimize HVAC systems for building projects
- Prepare
technical drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Ensure
systems meet efficiency, safety, and compliance standards
- Collaborate
with electrical and architectural teams for integrated designs
6. Senior Mechanical Engineer (PH & FF) – 10 years
experience
- Handle
plumbing, hot water systems, and fire fighting design
- Review
LPG/SNG gas networks and fuel systems where applicable
- Prepare
calculations, drawings, and documentation to ensure regulatory
compliance
- Support
project teams in resolving technical mechanical issues
7. Senior Electrical Engineer – 10 years experience
- Design
and review electrical distribution, power, lighting, and backup systems
