Job Summary

Data integration, unification, cleansing and data quality management

Job Responsibilities

Management of data inflow

  • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture; adopt new technologies to improve existing frameworks of data flow and monitoring
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and ‘big data’ technologies; take necessary steps to implement necessary changes in the IT infrastructure such as MDM tool acquisition, data lake design, cloud solutions implementation in coordination with IT and technology coordinator
  • Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building models by automating and simplifying data preparation
  • Translate customer data strategy into actionable data integration plans and execute these plans
  • Maintain 360 degree view of customer, enhance the customer datamarts by continuously integrating new sources of data

Data cleansing and unification

  • Create automated data anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance
  • Process, cleanse, and verify integrity of data used for analysis; active use of built-in data quality dashboard on CDP and coordination of corrective actions
  • Develop algorithms to de-duplicate and export customer data from multiple BUs to ensure data unification
  • Ensure continuous unification of customer records and associated profile and transactional data

Candidate Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
•Understanding of data modeling principles
•5+ years of significant configuration and data management experience; comfortable handling and manipulating data, with demonstrated experience in a data-intensive setting
•Experience building highly scalable and high performing databases using modern NoSQL or cloud based technologies and integrating external APIs for data acquisition
•Experience identifying data anomalies or imperfections
•Experience of data structures and schemas, data preparation, cleansing and unification
•Possess the ability to train others – pass on knowledge within the organization

Sr. Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customers, performing preventive maintenance, and creating up-to-date reports on technical issues. You will also be responsible for selling and renewing service contracts for customers, communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure effective service delivery, and conducting quality assurance on machines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems and technical issues with customers
  • Performing of preventive maintenance
  • Maintaining up-to-date reports on technical issues that have been resolved and how it was resolved.
  • Selling and renewing services contracts for customers
  • Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
  • Conducting quality assurance on machines
  • Following up on services request.

Job Summary

The responsibility of the Sr. Service Manager is to lead the service function for the Automotive brands, develop and implement plans and programmes in order to achieve service targets in terms of revenue, quality and effective customer’s service.

Job Responsibilities

•    Delivery of department’s customer satisfaction index and relation targets, service sales and gross profit targets and fix it right first-time targets
•    Identification and development of talent amongst the team by conducting regular appraisals framework for the following.
o    Performance management using set goals and objectives
o    Renewing goals and objectives and Identifying training needs
•    Timely support to front office for smooth delivery of service customer, follow ups concerns or cases required to meet the customer service index objective
•    Coach, counsel, discipline and motivate the team members to maintain healthy relations in the department with an aim to steer their efforts towards positive contributions for its goals.
•    Timely support to the shop floor staff for delivery of the productivity, fix it right the first time and health safety standards, Be involved in ensuring the standard are maintained and required support is provided
•    Provide weekly, monthly reports on the operations, competitor activities
•    Prepare the budget and plan for after sales service, incorporates the marketing or promotion activities decided for the brand. Ensure the desired balance is achieved between retail, warranty and internal service revenues through regular plan monitoring and target setting
•    Review progress of service jobs on a daily basis to ensure timely and quality work and to resolve any critical issues or problems. Ensure quality and consistency in the process of customer handling from the point of first meeting to the point when the vehicle is handed over after servicing
•    Liaise with principals in an appropriate level to ensure proper communication specially with regards technical support, goodwill contributions and customer issues as they arise
•    Positively contribute to the overall objective of Aftersales with respect to the customer service index and profit objectives; And to the Process of continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with Automotive specialization
•    10 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in Mechanical and Bodyshop experience
•    Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities

Legal Collection Supervisor

1. BASIC FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Ensures effective collection follow-up on Legal portfolio and timely collection of  receivables
  • Improve collection in Legal to reduce bad debts provision
  • Handle customer service-related queries and complaints                                             
2. PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

  1. Achieve Legal Collection KPIs set by the management. Ensure collections are maximized for Kuwaiti, non-kuwaiti segment and different collection aged buckets
  2. Ensure to identify and timely flagging of Skipper customer
  3. Supervision of day-today collection follow-up activities of team pertaining to Legal portfolio, the  key responsibilities are:
    • Allocate Legal outstanding customer to collection agents for daily follow-up
    • Publish collection performance report by agent and age bucket
    • Publish daily call volume report by agent to ensure adequate follow-up happens
    • Evaluate agents follow-up call to ensure follow-up happens as per calling script
  4. Send SMS to overdue customers as per the policy
  5. Manage customer calls(inbound/outbound), handles queries or complaints
  6. Monitor agents Calling script, volume, field visit and ensure to capture necessary documentation
  7. Provide support to the agents on collection issues, provide feedback to sales operation/management with respect to underwriting issues if any
  8. Maintain good relationship with Police department to help in Car Seizure/Jail Order activities
  9. Co-ordinate with AI Legal court team for CPO, renewal of legal actions on customers
  10. Review follow-up feedback received from agents and take necessary action
  11. Provide required training/support to the team and ensure that team is working optimally
  12. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss on issues, suggestion and provide solution
  13. Publish report on collection performance to the management as applicable
  14. Review various reports and identify the issues and provide timely solution

Job Responsibilities

  • Prescreen, identify, analyze, and repair appliance and electronic product failures ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Configuring/troubleshooting experience with hardware including audio-DSP, A/V control, video and audio devices, and USB based software applications.
  • Order necessary parts after initial prescreen so they are in hand before going to customers’ location.
  • Perform daily administrative functions to include warranty claims and report submission.
  • Maintain performance objectives as required by the company.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment and parts inventory.
  • Rely on personal judgment for safety regarding work.
  • Work independently without onsite supervision.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years field service experience in all major home appliances.
  • Possess appropriate Refrigerant Handling Certificate(s), CET, (HVAC) and other applicable appliance or electronics service certifications.
  • Knowledge and proficient use of electronic and appliance and/or refrigeration tools and diagnostic test equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Smartphone technology with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software applications.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
  • Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair (lifting, bending, etc.).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

The Customer Service Representative in this department will be responsible for the study and assessment of the insurance policies in the Motor Underwriting Department.

Job Responsibilities

•    Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of policies and endorsements in compliance with the prescribed policies and guidelines of the company in order to serve customers efficiently
•    Provide quotations for new and renewals business.
•    Explain the terms and conditions to the customers via e-mails
•    Weekly filing policy, Data entry, keeping a tracker and provide reports to management.
•    Follow up with non-receivable policy after renewal issuing.
•    Assess the risk and classify it according to its likelihood of loss, and proof if the risk should be accepted and if so, how the policy should be issued and determining the premium that needs to be charged to insure the risk.
•    Manage business communication with corporate, non-captive & captive business and dealing with Brokers to Issue there Polices Required.
•    Follow Up for all Motor new or renewed insurance Policies Issued in the Head office from Issue date until filing.
•    •Approval to new & Renew policies in the System After Issued.
•    Coordinating with the finance department for the monthly closing.
•    Working along with Enaya sales staff

Candidate Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelors degree with at least 3 years experience in Motor Insurance
•Good computer skills (MS Office)
