Job Summary
Call Centre Agent is responsible for responding to customer calls and providing a positive, efficient customer experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
- Comply with staffing schedules and break allowances
- Provide customers with accurate information at all times
- Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time
- Create complaint tickets correctly, in adherence with policies and procedures
- Update the database with the most recent customer information
- Handle stressed, angry and confused customers in the most positive way possible
- Escalate cases that require intervention by Shift in Charge or Call Centre Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be Kuwaiti National
- Preferably Diploma holder
- 0 – 1 year experience/Prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Good communication skills
- Able to communicate in Arabic and English
- Good computer skills

Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary
- To provide system support to Delivery operations and to prepare reports for the management
- and showrooms.
- To prepare payments related documents Petty Cash, POD Proceeds collection.
Job Responsibilities
- To make following transactions in SAP for return deliveries and dented items returned by drivers or on the basis of emails received from showrooms.
o Return Reschedule Deliveries
o Cancellation Deliveries
o Subsequent Deliveries - To Create Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports
- To Attend Customer Collect
- To attend and make shipment for the customers coming to collect their items from the WH.
- To attend customer calls and solve their problem related deliveries.
- To upload the data in Bonus calculation files
- To prepare OT for the dept
- To prepare payments Memos , for Truck and Labors hired from third party suppliers
- To submit collected cash to Bank / Treasury
- E mails checking , printing and translation in Arabic
- Follow up with WH for unpicked deliveries
Candidate Requirements
Computer & Software Knowledge – Basic hardware & applications knowledge used by the business
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting & Reporting – Determining causes of operating errors & problems and identifying their solutions. If solution beyond their control, reporting it to the concerned dept / person.
Bilingual – Should be able to read and write English and Arabic to understand and answer mails from showrooms and to take necessary action on them.

Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for improving the quality of services provided at Alghanim business functions. The job roles focused on taking preventative measures to deal with customers’ concerns and issues, being proactive prior to occurrence of problems and complaints. It also focuses on gently handling abused customers and defusing customer’s anger, demonstrating thoroughness in solving problems with great follow-up, the job roles also include demonstrating great knowledge of specialization of different Alghanim domains and functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Answers customers’ queries
- Understands and fulfil customer needs and requirements.
- Maintains positive attitude during customers’ interactions.
- Ensures sales activities are handled in line with Alghanim policy.
- Supports in solving customer concerns/complaints.
- Works in coordination with Section Heads to provide excellent customer service.
- Keeps all company information including sales figures strictly confidential
- Follows Alghanim policies and guidelines
- Demonstrates high problem solving skills
- Practices high knowledge of Alghanim major functions and responsibilities
- Follows-up on pending customer issues with effective use of computer applications and telephone etiquette.
- Being aware of business KPIs and objectives
- Being aware of all in-store promotions, such as discounts, credit, free coupons, raffle draws and etc…
- Contributes to cost control and minimizing theft measures
Candidate Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience
- Must be Kuwaiti National (Preferably Diploma holder)
- Strong English and Arabic language capabilities
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
