1️⃣ Security Manager
Qualification: Degree in Arts / Science / Engineering
Experience: Minimum 12 years total, including 5 years Gulf
experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee
site-wide security operations and policies
- Manage
security teams, shifts, and access control systems
- Coordinate
with management and local authorities when required
- Ensure
compliance with safety and security regulations
- Handle
incident reporting and risk assessments
2️⃣ HVAC Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical
Engineering
Experience: Minimum 8 years total, including 4 years Gulf
experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise
HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance
- Ensure
performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
- Coordinate
with MEP teams and consultants
- Review
drawings, specifications, and testing procedures
- Ensure
compliance with project standards and safety guidelines
3️⃣ MEP Supervisor – BMS
Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation /
Electrical & Communication
Experience: Minimum 8 years total, including 4 years Gulf
experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise
Building Management System (BMS) operations
- Monitor
and control HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems via BMS
- Coordinate
maintenance activities with technical teams
- Troubleshoot
system alarms and faults
- Ensure
smooth integration of MEP systems
4️⃣ Integrated Service System
Operator
Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation /
Electrical & Communication
Experience: Minimum 8 years total, including 4 years Gulf
experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate
and monitor integrated building service systems
- Ensure
continuous system functionality and performance
- Respond
to alarms and system alerts
- Coordinate
with maintenance and technical teams
- Maintain
system logs and operational reports
5️⃣ Fire Alarm Operator
Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation /
Electrical & Communication
Experience: Minimum 8 years total, including 4 years Gulf
experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate
and monitor fire alarm and life safety systems
- Respond
immediately to alarms and emergency situations
- Perform
routine system checks and reporting
- Coordinate
with emergency response teams
- Ensure
compliance with fire safety regulations
6️⃣ Building Machine Unit Operator
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate
building mechanical equipment and machinery
- Monitor
system performance and report issues
- Perform
basic operational checks
- Follow
safety procedures during operations
7️⃣ Façade Cleaner
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:

exterior façade cleaning using approved methods
